Transcripts MUST be in a sealed, unopened envelope and sent to the SPDC Graduate Secretary by mail. Circle Drive, Room 102 East Lansing, MI 48824-1030 Curriculum Vitae: Upload Resume or Curricula Vita as an attachment to application Personal Statement: Submit an Academic Statement- A concise statement of your plans for graduate study, your research interests, your career goals, and how MSU’s graduate program will help you meet your career and educational objectives. This must be included in your application or uploaded as an attachment. Recommendation Letter: Provide three recommendations from references using the method provided as part of the on-line application: o References may include a letter of support in addition if they wish; o If the recommender cannot upload their recommendation directly to the application, they should email to the SPDC Graduate Secretary Personal Statement: A statement about how your background and life experiences, including social, economic, cultural, familial, education, or other opportunities or challenges motivated your decision to pursue a graduate degree at MSU.
