Transcript: Official transcript submission for international applicants All students that attended an institution outside of the United States must provide official transcripts and official confirmation of the completion of a Bachelor’s degree (and Master’s degree, if applicable). Transcripts must include certified English translation, and be mailed directly to our office from the issuing institution in a stamped and sealed envelope.
