This is an occasion to tell us something about yourself, your goals in life and your future career, and to provide us with information that we might not be able to obtain from official transcripts and other documents. Recommendation Letter: These recommendations are written by former professors or other people who have direct information about your academic background. There is no special form for these letters, which should be addressed to the Chairman of the Graduate Committee in the department of systems and industrial engineering. Ask the professors to write letters on the official letterhead of the university with which they are associated. Please send three letters of recommendation.
