Transcript: Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. **Important to note from the Faculty of Graduate Studies & Research (FGSR): Official documents (transcripts, degree certificates, etc.) may be required upon receiving the conditional offer of admission letter. Documents must be sent directly from the post-secondary institution to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research office (2-29 Triffo Hall). Curriculum Vitae: Curriculum Vitae accompanied with a cover sheet found on the FGSR website. Found here. Personal Statement: Statement of Interest We request applicants submit a maximum two page personal statement indicating their motivation for pursing graduate studies. *Also please note our department requirements are higher than those that are mandated by the university. Recommendation Letter: Three letters of reference, preferably from Professors familiar with applicants research experience. ? Once an applicant applies, referees will receive an email indicating how to submit their letter online. ? Referees can also send their letters directly to the department email address at mmid1@ualberta.ca
